Flat pouches in TYVEK® coupled with the film PET12PE50 peelit, and they are produced for hydrogene peroxide plasma sterilization.
They are made by a certified peelable neutral and transparent plastic material coming from a special layer of polyester and polyethylene and by the certified material called TYVEK® with registered trade mark in sole agency from the company DuPont™, with certified ink indicator ISO 11140.
The printing is made on the outside of the reel using also the empty space between paper and film sealings. The ink we use is water based and certified as non toxic with a clear change in color from light blue to pink. Flat pouches are packed each 100 pcs and put into carton.

Le buste piatte in TYVEK® accoppiato al FILM PET12PE50 peelit, sono destinati alla sterilizzazione al plasma con perossido di idrogeno.
Sono composte da un materiale plastico certificato denominato film pelabile neutro trasparente derivante dall’accoppiamento di tipo speciale di una pellicola di poliestere e di polietilene e dal materiale certificato TYVEK® con marchio registrato in esclusiva mondiale dalla società DuPont™, con indicatore a inchiostro certificato ISO 11140.
La stampa avviene sulla linea esterna allo spazio utile per la sterilizzazione lungo le saldature tra carta e film.
Gli inchiostri utilizzati sono a base acqua e certificati atossi ci con un chiaro cambiamento del colore di virag gio da azzurro a rosa. Le buste piatte sono fascettate ogni 100 pz. e posizionate nel cartone.
